Updating and maintaining bug tracking and knowledge base systems

Resolving and following up on customers issues in an exceptionally eloquent manner

Assisting in preparing user manuals' topics and demo samples

Reviewing and interacting on the company’s online forums and reporting common requests and issues shared by forum members

Visual Basic 6.0/.NET knowledge (required)

Visual C++ MFC (a plus)

Ability to work under pressure during products pre-release phases

Must be a team player and able to execute and deliver results and meet deadlines

Strong command of written and spoken English (required)
