Product License + Standard
Period Support |
|
Our Product License entitles you to the usage of our software in accordance with
the number of licenses you have purchased and in compliance with the purchased
product(s) END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) agreement. Our Standard
Period Support plan includes email technical support and access to all the updates for
your purchased product(s) within a period of 60 (sixty) days starting from
the date of your purchase. |

Annual Product Subscription
License + Support |
|
Our Annual Product Subscription License entitles you to the usage of our
software in accordance with the number of licenses you have purchased and in
compliance with the purchased product(s) END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
agreement. Additionally, this plan includes email technical support and
access to all the updates for your purchased product(s) for a period of one year
starting from the date of your purchase. |

Our components licensing model is per developer. You can distribute the
runtime control file(s) listed in the END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
agreement royalty free as part of your application(s) that reference it,
however, you cannot distribute the control separately from your application.
You only pay for each developer license. For example, if you are the only
developer using any of our components, you would only need to purchase a single
license for each component used. If there are more than one developer
using any of our components in their application development, you would need to
purchase licenses for each component in accordance with the number of developers
using it. |

Arcadia Software Development ("Arcadia") may provide support services for its
produced software only for approved registered users ("Support Services"). Use
of Support Services is governed by Arcadia policies and programs described in
the user manual, in "on-line" documentation, and/or in other Arcadia-provided
materials. Arcadia Support Services policies, programs, and pricing are subject
to change at anytime without prior notification. |

Refund and Discount Policies |
|
You are entitled to a full refund of any payment made for any Arcadia Software
Development Corporation produced computer software and, as applicable,
associated media, printed materials, and "on-line" or electronic documentation
by so requesting and uninstalling online purchased media and/or returning any
media and materials in unopened, unused condition within fifteen (30) days after
date of payment. Refunds will not include shipping and handling cost.
Arcadia Software Development may offer from time to time special discounts to
customers. These special discounts are valid for a period of thirty (30) days
from the offer date unless stated otherwise on the related discount promotion.
Arcadia Software Development will not refund any discount and/or payment made
for software and/or other items that are not developed or produced by Arcadia
Software Development Corporation, even when purchased through this website.
